INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are a new business, and due to our small scale we are currently unable to ship some of our goods to certain international countries.

For example, a number of our products cannot be shipped to the EU due to high import fees and regulations.

If you are outside the US, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand, please double check the product's description tab to see if shipping is restricted for your country. Thank you for your understanding.


Certain products have lower international shipping costs due to our sourcing process. International customers can find these lower costs with these products:

  • Original hoodie
  • Season 2 hoodie and tee
  • Beanies
  • Stickers and mugs

We would love to be able to offer lower international shipping costs on all products. Unfortunately this is not possible for many international countries due to import fees, international rates, and other costs. Please note that many of these import fees are baked into shipping costs. Bad Ideas is not responsible for payment of any other country-based import fees that may occur.


We currently offer international shipping to a large number of countries, but cannot service countries within the EU for certain products.

Since we are United States based, please note that international prices and shipping costs may vary due to your shipping locations, country fees, and currency exchange rates.


Please include phone number and email at checkout so that postal services can contact you.

Bad Ideas is not responsible for the payment of customs or import fees. If these fees are incurred on certain items the customer will be responsible for paying them.


ORDER QUESTIONS

If your package has already shipped, please contact the shipping provider to update the shipping address. If the package is returned to our distribution center, please email us for reshipment.


To change your order you must reach out to our team within 1-2 days of placing your order. If your order has shipped or has gone into production we are unable to change your order.

Shipping times vary based on the item purchased. Please allow 2-4 weeks for our team to ship to you. Ideally items will arrive sooner than that, but we ask for your patience in the event of longer shipping time variables.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Yes. All orders are final because this is a one-time merch release.


Due to our small team size we are not able to offer exchanges.

That said, if you were provided a different size than the order you placed, please send a screenshot of your order as well as a picture of the incorrect size tag on your clothing to helpbadideas@gmail.com. If we made an error and provided the incorrect size we will remedy the issue with you.


If your item is damaged or is not the item you ordered, please send a picture of the item as well as a screenshot of your order to helpbadideas@gmail.com.

We are sorry for this error and will work with you to remedy the issue.


REFUNDS AND PAYMENTS

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, in the event of a damaged or incorrect item we will work with you to either provide a new item or refund your purchase. If this is the case, please reach out to helpbadideas@gmail.com.


We are excited to offer discount codes to certain buyers and those who have signed up to receive discounts. If you have a discount code, it will be applicable to your order at checkout.

Please note that codes will expire at the end of the drop they were issued for. Codes will not be usable for future Bad Ideas drops.
